Get fit,  have fun! The team at + POOL is comin’ at ya with another fun aquatic event. We are excited to offer an Aqua Fitness experience accessible to all levels. Register below for a 5pm Aqua Fitness Class or a 6pm Aqua Fitness class. Lap swimming will also be available. 

What is Aqua Fitness? Aqua Fitness is in-water exercise that specializes in innovative physical conditioning, strength, and flexibility. We bring the gym to the pool! Expect to have fun, get in shape, and make new friends!
